We’ve updated our services to require TLS 1.2 for all HTTPS connections. TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1, as well as SSL versions 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0, are older protocols with known vulnerabilities that have been deprecated.
As a result, some software running old and insecure versions of TLS may have connection problems, such as socket error and connection reset. The solution is to update your software and use the current protocol.
