Is anyone else seeing “Contact [[User:TheDJ]] if you want to maintain OSMdb and/or the wfmlabs’ OSM tile servers.”
I see it whether I am logged in or not.

Probably one of the map suppliers has abonded their service.

Please change that via Options > Styling > Map Style

E.g. you can use: OpenStreetMap.default
