Unable to link Webfleet

Hi,

I tried to connect to webfleet, but it does not work.
I have done all steps, as in created an expert account in webfleet with the external connection feature.

But when I fill in my credentials for Webfleet in RouteXL it keeps on giving me error 8014.

I tried logging out, closing browser etc. does not help.

What should I do?

It may take up to 24 hours for TomTom to allow external access to the .connect interface. If nothing helps, you can either wait this period, or try to create a new account with the right profile and external access.
