Travel time doesnt match Maps

Hi,

Im new to RouteXL. I made a couple of Routes but now… I notice that the Route time is not accurate. When I check the travel time on google maps, it shows a longer travel time. It varys around 5-10 minutes per stop. When you add up, it is a lot. Is this normal? Anyone has an sollution?

Our routes are based on OpenStreetMap, the free and editable map of the world. It may differ from other maps, and so may our routes and travel times.

There are two ways to increase route times to your liking:

  1. Increase the service time, e.g. to 15 minutes, to allow more time on location.
  2. Lower the speed parameter, e.g. to 80%, to allow longer travel on the road.

You’ll find both settings in the options. Note that the default service time will only be applied to addresses if you add them to the map.
