The routes no longer load in the program

After creating the routes and you click on 1 route, for example, to print separately and you want to go back to load all routes that no longer contain the routes. Even when restarting the site, it takes a very long time before the site works. I have already tried this in 3 different browsers and also in incognito, but the same problem with everything.

It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue that’s a bit unclear. To troubleshoot, we recommend starting by clearing the current map. You can do this by clicking the “Reset” button. Once the map is clear, you can reload your last route by selecting the “Routes” button to access and restore it from your history.
