After the loading bar reaches about 80% after I try to optimize routes, it halts and doesn’t move anymore. The page is still responding but the program won’t generate any routes.
If you have a lot of addresses it may take 1-2 minutes to find a route. If your route is complex, it may take even longer. The progress bar may not account for such a longer period and waits at the 80% point until the route is found.
Having said that, it still may happen that something goes wrong. If the route is not found within 15 minutes, you should reload the website and try again. If retrying doesn’t solve the problem, please send us our addresses so we can check what is going wrong.
