I am having issues with the API. Its saying that i can only submit 10 locations but i have already subscribed to a plan with a maximum of 100 locations.
According to our logs your account is alright and in use by now. We also found that the subscription status was cached for a short period, because you made some initial requests before the upgrade. The cache period is max 15 minutes. When you upgraded the cache was still there, until a few minutes later when it worked again.
