Splitting Due & Ready time on Import

Hi,
Is there a way to split the Due & Ready times when importing addresses?
At present it populates both with the same time.

Not sure what the exact problem is, but the format for importing additional fields ready and due times is hh:mm>>hh:mm and that can not be split as such.

However there is no need to set them both. You may skip one of the two, e.g. hh:mm>> for only ready time, or >>hh:mm for only due time.

If this does not solve the problem, please share some examples so we can check the issue in more detail.

Thank you. I was entering the time as >>09:00>> and it was adding it to both Due & Ready.
