There were some problems with the server this morning and we updated some software. Unfortunately this created connection error messages for people that were logged in on the website before the upgrade. Also, you may not be able to upload more addresses when you have upgraded your account.
Creating a new session seems to solve these problems:
- Log out from the website
- Close the browser completely (all tabs and windows)
- Wait 10 seconds
- Restart the browser and log in again
- Press the “Reset” button
- Wait another 10 seconds
