Hi, I tried to find a route and the progress bar seemed to stop for a very long time. I closed the window and tried again, but am getting an error message
"Another route is being calculated for this account, can not be used for multiple routes at the same time.
Code: RS-BUSY"
I can’t see another route, and it seems that I can’t do anything else with the map!
You can only plan one route at a time, that’s where the error message comes from. If you plan a complex route, many stops and/or restrictions like time windows, the algorithm may take up to 15 minutes to find the best route. During this period you can not start a new route calculation. Even when you close the website or open a new tab, you’ll have to wait for the algorithm to finish.
