We have been using RouteXL for some time and today the route queries are giving an error.
Has something changed or is there a server issue?
Nothing has changed today and there are no issues that we know of. What are the exact error messages you’re getting?
Also, are the errors reproducible with certain input? If so, please share an example query here or via email info@routexl.com
