RouteXL Paid API Issues

We have a routexl subscription and have been finding that recently the API has been consistently failing with more than 8-10 waypoints.

We have routeXL 100, so this should not be happening.

Is there some issue with the API that is causing this?  The API has not been very reliable at all.

If someone could comment, that would be great.

That’s not good, but can you be more specific? Since when did you get problems? What response or error message are you getting?
