If I add new adresses to an existing routing, they are joined to the end of this routing, instead of putting them in between were the routing already passes. Furthermore, I entered several opening houres this morning , but htey haven’t b saved???
That can happen if you have reordered some addresses manually. Make sure to re-enable Options > Routing > Optimize route before adding new addresses and create a new route.
If you add time windows to your addresses, you’ll need to create a route with them. Time windows are not saved with addresses as such. Note that you can import time windows as additional fields with your addresses.
