Hi, for a few days now, if I change a customer’s time, for example from before 9.30am to after 12pm, the software reproduces the same itinerary, only moving the times for all subsequent deliveries. This is clearly incorrect; it should reschedule everything as it did until a few days ago.
The behavior you’re describing can occur for several reasons. For example, other constraints in the route, such as overlapping time windows for other deliveries or vehicle capacity limits, may prevent the algorithm from fully recalculating the optimal sequence.
