Problem, I cannot get routes to calculate and I am getting Russian when I select UK

Problem, I cannot get routes to calculate and when I select UK as my lanuguage I am getting Russian… So I am having to resort to Google maps… Great I just paid 35euros for this and it doesn’t work anymore

There is no Russian language available on our website. Please double check the language settings by clicking the flag in the upper left corner, or open the URL as follows:

This is new to us.  These driving instructions come from the routing engine that is used for the distance tables. We’ll have to look into this. A work around is to press the Download button and export your route to Google Maps or Graphhopper website to get driving directions.

If you can’t calculate the route, what error message do you get? Do you have the same problem with another browser?

Click the Details button on right of the departure address in the driving directions, and the instructions will disappear. The times can be downloaded seperately as CSV.

We’ll have someone look into this. It may help if you send the addresses to info@routexl.com and indicate at which change the browser stalls. If we can reproduce, we should be able to solve the problem.

A work around is trying to prevent changes. Most changes come from time windows or pickup & delivery. These restrictions are supported; you just need to edit a location and set the details. E.g. if you wish/need to visit a stop after 3PM, set the ready time at 15:00 hours.

Sadly I cannot even get the route to calculate so I can prove I am getting Russian or some other language. and YES I am using that URL

Not really helpful when I have 2 days of routes to calculate and deliver today, I have paid so not so happy about the issues since your update

Is there any support for this planner?  I have been trying to plan all day and I am running out of time, why do I have to reset a route when I make a change. it just freezes and doesn’t plan?  I have 13 postal codes  plus more to go.  I think I may request a refund at this rate!

I have tried Chrome and Opera it just stalls for over 15 mins, then I have to reset and start again, if I want to make a sinple change which used to be easy I could just recalculate now I am wasting a day

I need the times not the directions

Actually the language is the least of my problems just getting it to recalculate without stalling would be nice. 

What I am trying to do is too complicated to explain right now, it has taken me over 4 hours just to get the expected route never mind my changes. I have drops that need to be at 45min intervals on top of the changes.  but sometimes the route is not the best as we know it locally so I change it, then it stalls… not much point really?
