I would like to know if the system is capable of planning for 200 locations on weekly basis using 4 vehicles.

The public website currently has a maximum of 150 locations over 10 vehicles.
But we’re testing 200 locations at the moment. You may contact support by email info@routexl.com to get that upgrade.
