Options are in a foreign language

Hi, I have paid for a days routes planning but I have spent the time since trying to msg you & finding a way to sort myself.Sadly even though I have logged in through your .co.uk site whenever I go into a menu to input our vehicle or even read the options for what to do most are in a foreign language meaning I can not do anything?Yours Hopefully Darren

Our main website is on the .nl domain and you will be redirected there whenever you log in or reset the route planner. But you can force the language with a parameter, e.g.:

Your selected language should be remembered with a cookie, but if that does not work you can open the website with this direct URL.
