No optimal route found

Hi, I am regularly getting a message saying:

Something went wrong. Please try again.

Code: SHOW-OPTIMAL-NO-ROUTE

It then takes all the stops away that I have up loaded,am I doing something wrong?

You’re not necessarily doing something wrong, but most of the times this error is given when one or more addresses are misplaced or unrouteable.

Double check if all addresses are on the correct location on the map. If an address is far away from the street network, you can drag and drop its marker to a place close to a road.
