When attempting to change the advanced option for turn penalty to a left turn penalty, the option reverts back to a right turn penalty after saving. This happens for all left-turn values. For example, if I set a 20-second left-turn penalty, hit save, and return to the options panel, the turn penalty will show a 20-second right-turn penalty. 30 left turns to 30 right, etc.
Is this a bug?
