If you upgrade via PayPal on our website, the receipt for the transaction is sent to the PayPal account that made the payment. For more information, see our documentation

In your case, the email address of your PayPal differs from your account in our system. You may have different email accounts, but as it only differs one single character it may also be a typo. Please check your PayPal account

If you still don’t receive a receipt, please contact us and we’ll send you a copy.
