hi, I upgraded and still cannot add more than 20 addresses… help
First, make sure you’re logged on. If you are, try to log off and on again.
If that does not help, try this procedure to create a new session:
- log off from our website
- close the browser completely (all windows and tabs)
- wait 10 seconds
- open the website and log on again
- press the Reset button
- wait another 10 seconds
If this also does not allow you to add more addresses, contact support at info@routexl.com
