I need to deliver at a special adress first and then RouteXL can find the best route. I thought I could “drag” the adress at first in “adresses with the pin” right behind my departure location. But I discovered that doesn’t work. Now I put the first adress as departure location and that works, but I am wondering if there is an easier way as the first delivery is not really the departure location.

You’ve got two options. One is to use time restrictions: give the first delivery a due time that is so early that must be visited first. The other is to use order restrictions: set the first delivery as pickup point for other addresses.
A time slot is probably the most easy way to go. To do so, locate the first address on the map, tap its marker and use the edit button. See:
