Everything was working just fine until about 4 days ago. Now, when I click on “Find A Route” it will show a progress bar like normal but then instead of routing the imported addresses it deletes them all. Sometimes if I re-enter the addresses and try again a few times it will work but I often give up after 5 or 6 tries.
