Although the credentials for webfleet are right the program continues to give an error (1101). I just talked to the TOMTOM and all is well from them.
The error codes from TomTom Webfleet .connect are shown. The 1101 error codes is “User invalid (does not exist)”.
So, although the experts from TomTom are well, please double check you got all credentials right.
