Error finding routes

When I click on the Create Route button, the loading bar appears and then stops at around 75%.

When you click the Find route button, the processing time required by the routing algorithm is initially unknown because it depends on the route’s complexity and the current server load. The progress indicator provides an estimated progress based on an educated guess of the time required.

If the routing is complex or the server load is high, the algorithm may need much more time, and the progress indicator might stall around 80%. However, this process should not exceed the maximum processing time of 15 minutes.

If it takes longer than 15 minutes, there may be a problem. In that case, please contact us via email and share your input so we can investigate further.
