I need to be able to route collection and deliveries to ensure i do not exceed the capacity of the vehicle

Our route planner does not support that at this moment unfortunately. We’ll write that down on our list ideas for future development.

You can set pickup and delivery points to order your stops, but it does not take into account the capacity of the vehicle during the route. To set pickup and delivery points, see:

We do have support for capacity restrictions, but that is used to divide loads over multiple rounds (e.g. days or drivers). That only checks the total load at the start and not during the route. More on the multiple rounds feature:
