the new site version wouldn’t find any address, what’s the best geocoding service for Italy? I’ve already tried all of them.

It does depend on your input, but we hear that some users have good results with geocoder “Here” and address suffix “Italia”.
Also, make sure to move the map to the region of your addresses (the center of the map is used when finding locations) and work from the Italian website:
