API not validating my username / password

Hi, signed up for a free trial account earlier today - confirmed my account via the email you sent me - but whenever I try to access the API it says my username and password are unauthorised.

If I try : https://api.routexl.nl/status/Hello+world it too pops up the challenge box asking for my username / password - I tried my username and email address - and I am sure of my password - but it does not authenticate me.

Also tried logging out / back into RouteXL with no joy - and leaving it a while.

Help please! Thanks.
