about 4 adresses in planner aren’t real, ofen in others countries than not choosen .

Finding addresses is a difficult task for which we use third-party geocoding services. For hints and tips see:

Make sure your addresses are correct and complete, and set Options > Geocoding > Address suffix to “Belgium”.
