Paid via PayPal but no upgrade (DO NOT PAY AGAIN)

Unfortunately, PayPal is once again queuing their instant payment notifications. These messages are needed to upgrade your account in our system. As a result your upgrade may take a bit longer to be activated.

If you have paid but the upgrade is not available to your account, please do NOT upgrade again but grab a coffee. Wait a few minutes and push the “Reset” button.

Update: the problem has been fixed. The PayPal Product Developers have rolled out a fix for IPN queuing and latency, so they say. Let’s hope this solves the issue for ever.
