# Front page isn't working

It seems that some resources that are needed to build the map are not loading. We tested and can load them from different locations, so it must be something specific, probably network related.

Try any of these:

- force a reload of the website (Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl-r)
- close and restart the browser
- start a new session ([how-to](https://docs.routexl.com/index.php?title=Session))
- reboot your computer
