# Change PayPal subscription

We need to change our PayPal subscription since the previous person no longer works here. However, when I go to unsubscribe I have to login as them and I don’t have those credentials. How can I switch to my PayPal?

If you can’t access the PayPal account any longer, we can cancel the subscription from our side. Just send us an email at [info@routexl.com](mailto:info@routexl.com).
